With the aim of insuring the best possible environment for our employees and aware of the significance of human potential, in 2020 we initiated the ARcademy Education Center. The idea was developed and turned into reality thanks to our human resource department, and for the purpose of recognizing the affinity and possibilities for improvement of our company employees. As a part of this Center, in addition to internal resources, lecturers and organization experience, we hire external experts to work with participants and encourage close collaboration with other organizations and institutions depending on the interest of the employee. Through carefully planned modules, after completing the academy, all attendants, current and new employees, adopt the skills required for development and guidelines inside the parent company, and for requalification. Thanks to the Center, the employees have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge, develop their skills and attend training, and take part in various processes inside the company.
